A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Andrew has over 15 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. He began his career in Austin, Texas as a Project Manager, managing and designing commercial projects that ranged from corporate headquarters to large multifamily projects. He later went on to work with the federal government on federally funded projects, gaining deep experience navigating complex regulations, approval processes, and stakeholder coordination. With an owners mindset and experience as a designer, Andrew approaches each project by aligning design, constructability, and financial performance from the outset.
Ram is a registered professional engineer, with over 30 years of experience in design, engineering, and management. Rams experience includes the evaluation and design of commercial, single and multi-family housing, religious and cultural facilities and healthcare buildings. Ram has worked with the federal government on federally funded projects and utilized his experience in dealing with regulations, approval processes, and federal stakeholders. Ram utilizes his cross-sector experience, along with his international experience to bring clarity, decisiveness, and long-term thinking to every project.
